Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 7, 2008, the Defendant had a public official in charge of family register, who knows of such fact, filed a false marriage report with the Defendant, and had the public official in charge of family register enter false facts in the family register register as a public electronic record, and exercised the electronic records recorded in the same date, time, place, and place as above, as if they were duly established.
