A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 1 to 3 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, against the victim C (year 25), was willing to engage in fraud by using a special siren and a terrecination “a card” (a card indicating a special siren satis, which can only be identified by only a special siren satis on the back of the card according to the card number and pattern).
