A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2014, at around 22:00, the Defendant intruded into C Apartment 105, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, with a method of entering the above apartment resident, and was in a stairs from the upper upper floor of the elevator and black a bicycle that was installed in the stairs or corridor, but did not correct it, the Defendant discovered a 360,000 tons of the market price owned by the victim D, which was installed in the 9th floor, and caused a theft.

From that time to September 18, 2014, the Defendant stolen six bicycles worth a total market price of KRW 4,210,000 by the same means as shown in the annexed crime list, respectively, over five times.

Other circumstances, such as the defendant's confession of the crime of this case, the fact that one of the stolen bicycles was temporarily returned to the victim, and the motive for the crime of this case, the age, character and conduct of the defendant, environment, etc., shall be determined by the sentence as ordered.
