1. Defendant C Co., Ltd.:

A. Of the 4,080 square meters of N forest in Sung-si, the drawings in the attached Form (1) 1, 2, 3, 4, 1 shall be the same.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 10, 2015, the Plaintiffs acquired ownership of 4,080 square meters of N forest land (hereinafter “instant land”) as one half of each share after being awarded a successful bid in a compulsory auction procedure.

B. Defendant D’s owner, Defendant E, and F’s co-owners of the above Q Q land and the above ground R, Defendant G’s owner, Defendant I, J, K, L, and M are co-owners of the above U’s land and the above ground T hotel, Defendant I, J, K, and M, and Defendant H are the lessees of the above V hotel.

C. Of the instant land, the portion inside the ship connecting each point of subparagraph 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 of the annexed drawing indication (1), 36.6m in length, 0.1m in width, 0.9m in hot spring water supply pipes of 0.9m in depth, (2) 53, 54, 55, 56, and 53m in sequence with each point of subparagraph 1.69m in order, hot spring water supply pipes of 1.69m in height; (3) 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 20 and 5m in sequence; (1) 3m in length, 50.3m in width, 0.36m in width; and (2) 16m in diameter in order with each point of subparagraph 24m in height; and (3) 16m in height in height.

(D) The above hot spring water pipe and other facilities installed on the land of this case (hereinafter “the instant hot spring water pipe, etc.”).

Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”) is a company that carries out a hot spring resort site development project in the instant land and the surrounding land owned by Defendant D, etc., and manages the instant hot spring water supply pipe, etc. on the instant land before the Plaintiffs acquired ownership of the instant land until now for the implementation of the hot spring and accommodation project. Defendant D, E, F, G, H, I, K, K, L, and M pay the price to the Defendant Co., Ltd for the use of the instant hot spring water supply pipe, etc.
