A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the candidate for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter referred to as "defendants") are those who lack the ability to distinguish things and make decisions due to the protocol.

1. Around March 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) committed an act against the victim’s will and exercised force against the victim’s will, on the other hand, to the victim E (the age of 17) who is a juvenile who has been frighted in the Don subway stations located in Osan-si, Osan-si, on the part of the victim’s own hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by force against the juvenile victim.

2. On March 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 18:10 on March 19, 2015, the Defendant used force against the victim’s will, on the part of the victim G (at the age of 27), who was seated in the Dump room located in F in Osan-si, by A.I.D., with the victim’s own hand, exercising force against the victim’s will.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by force against the victim.

3. Around June 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts at Public Place) exercised the victim’s force against the victim’s will, on his/her own hand, on June 19, 2015, at H in the Gunposi, and after the first subway station in the subway station, the Defendant used the victim’s force against the victim’s will.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by compulsion against the victim in subway, which is a place of public smuggling.

4.
