A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was in the external third village of the victim C (math, 11 years old), and the mother of the victim was willing to commit an indecent act against the victim who was incomforcing the home of medical care.

1. On September 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around September 22, 2014, around September 22, 2014, entered the victim’s room at the victim’s house located in Seosan-si, and opened his hand into the victim’s room; (b) put his hand into the second part into the sound part; and (c) putting a part of the body into the sexual flag of a person under 13 years of age.

2. Special Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes by indecent act;

A. On September 16, 2014, the Defendant, at around 20:00 on September 20, 2014, told the victim to enter a large room, and prevented the victim from sitting down between his/her own bridge, leaving him/her in his/her hand, and her clothes “I am fright, I am fright, I am fright with the victim’s chest and fright with the victim’s chest.”

B. At around 17:00 on September 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) taken a victim who was reporting TV on the said victim’s house located on his/her bridge; (b) took the victim’s seat on and refused to do so by hand; and (c) held that he/she was frighted and refused to do so by hand, and (d) took the buckbucks, embucks, and breasts by force.

C. On September 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a victim who was reporting TV on the said victim’s house at night; and (b) prevented the victim from benefiting his hand; (c) laid down the victim’s fine; and (d) obstructed the victim by force by force.

At around 17:00 on September 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had been reporting TV at the victim’s house located in the large room; (b) the Defendant met the victim’s chest, buckbucks, etc., refusing to do so; and (c) committed indecent act by force.

E. On September 29, 2014, the Defendant reported TV at the center of the said victim at a large time.
