Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a candidate for the election of the head of the CFF, among the first national simultaneous elections held on March 11, 2015.

A person who intends to be a candidate for simultaneous election of the head of a cooperative shall not make a contribution during the period of restriction (from September 21, 2014 to March 11, 2015).

Nevertheless, at around 07:40 on November 24, 2014, the Defendant, at the E market parking lot located in Gangnam-gun, Gangwon-do, where 32 members of the Fri-gu Council consisting of 18 members of the CFF and 13 members of the Fri-gun, etc. who are members of the CFF and 32 members of the Fri-gu Council intend to depart from an advanced field event, he/she saw the above members of the Fri-gu Council, and laid down bags containing 200,000 won in cash (200,000 won in cash) to the general secretary of the E-General Council of this Chapter.
