A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

One (Evidence No. 1) seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Gohap6] On December 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) visited the D Emergency Hospital in Jinju-si; (b) was under the influence of alcohol at the D Emergency Hospital in Jinju-si; (c) was under the influence of alcohol; and (d) was under the influence of alcohol from the employees in the emergency room; and (c) was able to infer people to the emergency room without permission.

At around 18:35 on the same day, the Defendant laid a gark so that 500 locks, which were kept in the vehicle of the Defendant of ordinary level, can blicks and play a core role at the entrance of the disease, and entered the above D hospital emergency room, blicks of oil containing gasoline 20 licks into the above D hospital emergency room, blicks of gasolines on the floor, and blicks of gasolines on the bottom of the emergency room, and blicks on the bottom of the emergency room, and blicks on the part of the patients who were in the emergency room, can rapidly evacuate out of the emergency room and blicks, walls, ceilings, office supplies, and medical equipment, thereby causing property damage equivalent to KRW 35,78,786,60,00.

As a result, the Defendant setting fire to and burns a building in which people exist, and at the same time interfered with the medical treatment of the emergency patients of those engaged in emergency medical services and damaged the medical facilities for emergency medical services of medical institutions.

[2018 Gohap 29] On December 30, 2017, the Defendant driven the Eone Star Cargo without obtaining a driver’s license from around five kilometers from the front of the 103-west-ro, Jin-si to the front road of the D Hospital located in Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul, to approximately 123 meters.

Then, around 20:00 on December 30, 2017, the Defendant driven the above cargo without obtaining a driver’s license from around 40km section from the front of the above D Hospital to the seat of the Gannam Development-gun.
