Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 1, 2013, from around 18:00 to around 19:00 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s car center operation by force to prevent customers who want to enter the said car center from requesting repair by committing an act as they wanted to engage in repair on the ground that the repair cost of the mast vehicle (F) requested by the Defendant was high.

2. On October 1, 2013, at around 19:00 on October 1, 2013, the injured Defendant inflicted injury on the victim’s chests at several times, such as “a open room on the chests,” which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment on the victim, by motor vehicle keys in possession of the victim D with the victim for the said reasons at the location described in paragraph (1).
