A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:50 on October 14, 2014, the Defendant’s obstruction of performance of official duties in the Defendant’s residence: (a) reported at the Defendant’s residential entrance located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan; (b) and (c) reported to the Defendant, “Abert Ham Ham Ham,” and the circumstances leading up to the Busan Central Police Station Down-gu F, the Defendant called out, “I can see the Defendant, upon receiving a report of violence, and make a request to go out of the entrance, I would like to close the door, and the police officer continued to go out of the entrance of the Busan Central Police Station.” On the ground that he was involved in the home death, I would like to put the police officer into the front door of the E head, but the police officer continued to go out to go out of the front door and tried to go out of the police officer’s body.”
