A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 3, 2015, at around 20:25, the Defendant: (a) reported at the window C of Changwon-si, at around 204 Do 903, and (b) reported at the Defendant’s residence; (c) and (d) sought to seize the knife used for domestic violence by the Changwon Police Station D commander of the Changwon Police Station, called “I am knife, knife, with the knife inside, and with the knife inside, the knife’s knife”; and (d) carried the knife of E with the knife’s knife’s hand.
