1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff entered into each insurance contract between the Plaintiff and C with C, which contains the following contents (hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”).
1) E: The insurance period from June 14, 2012 to June 14, 2019 - Location: F1 (G) in Daegu Northern-gu - the subject-matter of insurance and the relevant amount 2) H insurance period: From October 16, 2013 to October 16, 2020 - Location - One story F1 (G) in Daegu North-gu - the subject-matter of insurance and its amount 3) - the insurance period: from May 29, 2013 to May 29, 2020 - the location of the F1 (G- the subject-matter of insurance and the relevant amount of insurance) in Daegu North-gu - the subject-matter of insurance.
B. (1) On April 13, 2018, around 13:30 on April 13, 2018, the warehouse of the F1st floor (G) in Daegu Northern-gu (hereinafter “instant warehouse”).
A) On the outer wall, buildings, facilities, movables, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “instant fire”) have been destroyed by fire.

C. As a result of the investigation of the fire of this case, the first reporter is presumed to have been launched near the place where the pulmonary paper stuffs are gathered in the warehouse of this case.
