1. The defendant shall pay 38,510,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 9, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

The facts stated in the reasons for the attached application, which the plaintiff asserts as the reason for the claim (Provided, That the plaintiff and debtor may be acknowledged by considering the respective entries and the whole purport of arguments in Gap evidence 1 through 5 (including the provisional number).

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 38,510,000 won for the remainder of the construction project and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from January 9, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the payment order of this case.

2. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted on the grounds of the conclusion.
