Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on July 13, 2017 at the Busan District Court's branch branch branch, and on October 30, 2018, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the 1st prison of North Korea.

At around 13:40 on February 23, 2019, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.332% of the blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license, driven a DNA cargo vehicle at a section of approximately 3 meters of the front parking lot C located in Busan-gun, Busan-gun.

On July 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. in the Busan District Court's branch branch branch court, and on October 30, 2018, the Defendant terminated the execution of the sentence in the North Korean branch court.
