A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

On March 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) exercised an image by transmitting text messages to J of the land purchaser, who was unaware of the forgery at the place specified in Paragraph (3) at the place; (b) on March 28, 2018, an image of which a ruling of recommending the settlement in the name of original branch court, which is a forged public document, was recorded, as prescribed in Paragraph (3).

5. The Defendant violated the Licensed Real Estate Agent Act at K of Gangwon-gun.
