A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 07:00 on March 14, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) operated B 5 automobiles while under the influence of alcohol of 0.082%, without obtaining a driver’s license, in the section of about 1km from the road located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu to the road in front of the end-distance 351, which was in excess of 351.

The Defendant, at around 07:40 on the same day, was investigated as the suspect status at the office of the traffic accident investigation department of the Incheon Southernnam Police Station at around 07:40 on the same day, with respect to the suspected charges, such as drunk driving, etc., the Defendant was apprehended to engage in the act as if he/she had his/her driver’s license as if he/she was a dynamic D with his/her driver’s license.
