A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 3704"
1. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00 on the third floor of a building in the construction site of the Gyeonggi-si Galet Construction Project site of Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, 09:00, the Defendant left 75,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession within the boom.
From that time to August 18, 2016, the Defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 815,000 on five occasions, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 1.
2. Intrusion upon residence;
A. Around 10:00 on July 201, 2016, the Defendant entered a dormitory in which the Victim G (27 years of age) of the F company in Ma was used as a lodging place, and the Defendant entered the dormitory and intruded the victim’s residence.
B. At around 08:50 on July 21, 2016, the Defendant entered the room and intrudes into the room managed by the victim I, a corporation managing the victim I in Macheon-si, on the premise that property would be stolen.
C. On August 10, 2016, around 07:35, the Defendant: (a) went into the office of the M company managed by the victim L (the age of 44) L (the age of Mancheon-si); and (b) came into the office of the M company managed by the victim L (the age of 44); and (c) went into the building managed by the victim; (d) around 10:00 on August 18, 2016, the Defendant invaded into the building managed by the victim P company (the age of 46).
On August 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 14:50 on August 31, 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (b) committed a theft of the market price by putting the victim R, who was in Q, in Q, into a “S” restaurant where the victim R works in Q, as the main room; and (c) through the main entrance of the bank located behind the restaurant, the victim was located in the following.
