Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:45 on August 25, 2015, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers, Violence, etc.) (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes”) stated that “A victim E was aboard a F taxi belonging to Dacheon-dong, Seoul, Gacheon-dong,” and that “A victim would be able to take advantage of another taxi due to large number of teaching hours,” while driving the vehicle, the Defendant committed assaulted the victim’s face one time as drinking.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.

2. On August 25, 2015, a taxi engineer E, who was assaulted as stated in paragraph (1) of the obstruction of performance of official duties, operated the said taxi to the Haba that is located in the Dong-gu, Gyeonggi-si, and reported to the police officer I who was affiliated with the Haba that “ was assaulted while driving the taxi.” The Defendant went into the above Haba and was under the influence of alcohol while taking a bath.

On August 25, 2015, at around 01:30 on August 25, 2015, the Defendant laid down the Defendant’s body of the said I, “I am off this dog in a knife with a knife of the knife in the knife of the knife. I am off, cut off the clothes, and am off. I am off the Defendant. I am off the body of the said I.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the handling of reports.
