1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of three hundred thousand won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, only one hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the Sung-nam branch of Suwon District Court on March 12, 2015, and was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on March 20, 2015, and is still under suspension of execution.

1.
