A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person other than a person handling narcotics shall purchase marijuana, and no person shall smoke it.
Nevertheless, the defendant, not a person handling narcotics, dealt with marijuana as follows.
1. Purchasing marijuana;
A. A. Around February 8, 2014, the Defendant purchased marijuana from the Defendant, on or around February 8, 2014, at Cambodia (hereinafter “CMM”) to the Defendant, who purchased the 5 US dollars ($ 5,000 in Chinese dollars) as the purchase price.

2. Smoking marijuana;
