A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

No person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall administer, trade, or possess MDMA (one name, X-gu, hereinafter referred to as "EXP") or Kenya, which is a psychotropic drug.
