A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 26, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.146% during blood transfusion on December 22:17, 2017, the Defendant driven a DNA car at approximately 1km from the 1km section to the road in front of the Seoul Southern Station, Gangnam-gu cafeteria to the same road in front of the former C.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On December 26, 2017, at around 22:17, the Defendant, like the foregoing paragraph (1) above, driven the car on the said car c-ro in the state of alcohol content of 0.146% in blood, and driven the three-lane road in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government along the two-lanes of the eti-distance distance from the remote distance of the Domatic elementary road.

In such cases, the defendant who is engaged in driving of motor vehicles has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately operating steering steering devices and brakes, while maintaining the proper speed and safety distance.
