Defendant

A A shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around November 11, 2016, Defendant A had a dispute with the victim on the ground that the victim G (59 years of age) was not repaid with money in a “F” restaurant located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the ground that he/she was not repaid with money. Defendant A, by hand, was salping the victim several times, and was salping the victim’s fry at the front of the said restaurant, and was salping the victim’s side by drinking on the road in front of the said restaurant. Around six weeks of the above restaurant, the victim was salping the road that requires approximately six weeks of medical treatment.

2. Defendant B assaulted the victim on the ground that the victim G (59 tax) was not repaid with money at the “F cafeteria” restaurant at the time of the day specified in paragraph (1) and that the Defendant did not lend money to the victim, thereby spreading water contained in the water World Cup that he/she opened on the table to the victim’s face.
