1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Facts constituting the premise of the dispute;

A. Defendant Incorporated Foundation E (hereinafter “Defendant Foundation”) is an incorporated foundation established for the purpose of creating a park cemetery. On June 4, 2010, Plaintiff A was appointed as a director (president), Plaintiff B, Plaintiff C, Plaintiff D, and K, respectively, as a director of the Defendant Foundation’s representative. On June 7, 2010, the Defendant Incorporated Foundation completed the registration of the said director’s appointment.

B. On June 7, 2010, the board of directors of the Defendant Foundation (director A, B, Plaintiff C, Plaintiff D, and K), Plaintiff C, Plaintiff D, and K resigned from each director, and a resolution was made to appoint L, M, N, andO as a director (hereinafter “instant resolution”). On June 10, 2010, the registration of the corporation was completed for the resignation of directors.

C. On May 10, 2013, the board of directors of the Defendant Foundation (director A, Plaintiff B, L, N,O, and M) passed a resolution to dismiss Plaintiff B from the board of directors, and on May 13, 2013, the registration of the corporation was completed on May 13, 2013.

On June 21, 2013, the board of directors of the Defendant Foundation (director A, L, N,O, M), L, N,O, and M resign from each director; the Plaintiff’s director at the representative director at the representative director at the representative director at the board of directors at the Defendant Foundation (director at the board of directors at the board of directors at the board of directors at the Defendant Foundation; the Plaintiff’s director at the representative director at the board of directors at the representative director at the representative director at the board of directors at the Plaintiff Foundation; the resolution was adopted to appoint each director at the board of directors at the P, F, G, and H; and on June 24,

E. After that, on December 4, 2013, the registration date for a corporation with the authority to represent the F was completed; on January 2, 2014, the registration date for the corporation that P resigned from the director as of December 27, 2013; and on February 10, 2014, the registration date for the corporation that the Plaintiff resigned from the director as of January 27, 2014 was completed.

F. On September 17, 2014, the board of directors of the Defendant Foundation adopted a resolution to appoint I and J as a director, and on September 29, 2014, the registration of the said corporation was completed on September 29, 2014.
