A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, shall not sell, administer, or deliver or possess marijuana, which is not a person handling narcotics, etc., nor shall he/she sell, administer, or deliver or possess marijuana, which is a local mental medicine.

1. Around 17:00 on February 2, 2020, the Defendant received, without compensation, about 1.44g g of marijuana from C within the car of D-soced fish code that was parked in front of the residence of C located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan.

2. On October 28, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 02:35, the Defendant: (b) decided to lend KRW 500,000,000 from the Defendant to the Defendant’s previous reimbursement of KRW 100,000 from KRW 50,000 to KRW 100,000; and (c) purchased and sold phiphones with approximately 0.15g of phiphones.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On November 2020, the Defendant, on the first day of November 2020, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05 g of philopon into a single-use cell, among philopons purchased from C, as described in the foregoing paragraph 2, within D-C, parked in the “H Park” located in Busan Sho-gu, Busan at around 22:00, and in a way of injecting it into a single-use cellular phone and dilution with water to injecting it.

B. On November 2020, the Defendant: (a) 22:00 on the mid-to-round November 2020, 202, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, among philopons purchased from C, as described in the foregoing paragraph 2, on a D-socopon that was parked on a road adjacent to the “I market of Busan Sho-gu, Busan; and (b) dilution them with water, in a way of injecting them into a single-use injection machine; and (c) dilution them with water.

On December 6, 2020, the Defendant administered a phiphone on December 6, 2020, by inserting approximately 0.05g of phiphones purchased from C in the inner part of his own house located in J apartment K of Busan Seo-gu, Busan, as described in the foregoing paragraph 2, from a phiphones purchased from C in a single-use injection machine, and dilution them with water to injecting them into the blood body.

4. On December 8, 2020, the Defendant holding marijuana shall be M in the old Sea of the Changnam-si, Gyeongnam-si, around 00:0 on December 8, 2020.
