Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who actually operates food manufacturing and processing business, with the trade name called “(ju) D” in Gyeonggi-do, with the salted fish 1,289m23m2 in the area of business, and with the processing facilities of salted fish, cut food, afforestation food, etc.
