Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million as a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking driving) in the Seogu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on March 17, 2008, and a fine of KRW 2 million as a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking driving) in the same court on July 21, 201.

At around 02:40 on January 14, 2018, the Defendant again violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act by driving a Bsch Rexroth car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.057% from the roads near the Busan East-dong, Busan-dong, to the roads front of the 2 tunnel-dong, Man-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong to the roads.
