Punishment of the crime

However, even if the defendant receives money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to send the game money.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and received 48,000 won from the victim's account in the name of the defendant on the same day.

The Defendant, on September 3, 2020, connected to the online game ‘E' at a Buddhist place on September 3, 2020 and sold a game machine.
