[criminal records] On June 1, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and was released on May 25, 2012 during the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center, and the parole period expired on June 28, 2012.

1. Violation of the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder's Name;

(a) On June 30, 201, the Defendant: (a) was in violation of the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder’s Name 201; (b) KRW 4,860 square meters on June 30, 201; (c) KRW 19,339 square meters prior to G; (d) KRW 6,347 square meters (IJ shares prior to H on August 18, 201; (e) KRW 11,306 square meters; (d) KRW 24,50 square meters; (e) KRW 20,50 square meters; (e) KRW 20,50 square meters; (e) KRW 4,50 square meters; (e) KRW 4,50 square meters; and (e) KRW 24,50 square meters; and (e) KRW 5,653 square meters; and (e) KRW 20,64,000 prior to the registration of forest land under the name of 20,5,5,65320 square meters.

On December 10, 2012, the Defendant awarded a successful bid price of KRW 16,100,000 for the above 16 parcels of land in the AE’s name during the procedures of voluntary auction by the District Court AF. On December 10, 2012, the Defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership in the AE name on the ground of sale by voluntary auction on the above 16 parcels of land.

Accordingly, the Defendant registered the ownership of 16 parcel of real estate in the name of AE, a trustee, according to the name trust agreement.
