1. The Defendant’s KRW 274,508,880 as well as 5% per annum from June 27, 2014 to December 19, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 27, 2008, the Defendant entered into a divided contract of 163,041 square meters of A, A23,041 square meters of A, Gyeonggi-do, (33-do, 24,029 square meters of forest land, G forest land, 33,259 square meters, I forest land 4,937 square meters, J forest 5,962 square meters, 70 square meters of K forest, 29,458 square meters of L forest, M forest, 12,129 square meters, 4,230 square meters, 661 square meters of P, 795 square meters of A, Q forest, 661 square meters of forest, 661 square meters of forest, 661 square meters of forest, 661 square meters of forest, 661 square meters of forest, 661 square meters of forest, 631 square meters of forest, forest, forest, and forest, 351 square meters of forest, 2, 3531 square meters of forest.

B. On July 10, 2008, the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff purchased the instant forest in KRW 1,235,000,000 from the Plaintiff, and the down payment of KRW 1,135,00,000 shall be paid on a contractual basis, and the remainder of KRW 1,135,00,000 shall be paid on October 30, 2008. After the Plaintiff received the remainder, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the person designated by the purchaser for the transfer of ownership, and the transfer income tax from the sale of the instant forest (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). On October 7, 2008, the Defendant and C sold the instant forest in installments to E on October 7, 2008 with the consent of the Plaintiff by dividing the land into the instant forest into KRW 6660,00 square meters (hereinafter “specific land category and size solely on the basis of the individual land divided in the instant forest).

C. On October 6, 2009, the Plaintiff changed the remainder payment date to January 30, 2010 among the terms and conditions of the instant sales contract with Defendant and C, and the property guarantor and the Plaintiff.
