The judgment of the court below is reversed.

The summary of the grounds for appeal (the fact-finding) was erroneous in the judgment of the court below that acquitted the defendant on the driving of an escape vehicle on the ground that the injury inflicted on the victim was extremely minor while driving a car, and did not take measures such as aiding and abetting the victim, etc., even though the victim was injured by shocking the victim.
