Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On December 11, 2012, the Defendant driven the above car and proceeded to a two-lane road in the Taecheon Park, Taecheon-gu, Taedong-dong at Andong-dong, while making the left turn to the left from the west of the F Center to the west-do.

At the time, the view prior to sunrise was poor, and there was a crosswalk installed in the front door, so the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to prevent the accident by driving the vehicle safely by taking into account the front door and the left and right carefully, while driving the vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and tried to turn to the left, but did not find out the victim G (the age of 84) who passed the crosswalk from the right side of the course to the left side, and did not find the victim G (the age of 84) and got the victim into the front part of the left-hand side of the vehicle and tried to set up the victim beyond the floor.

Ultimately, even though the Defendant suffered a detailed injury to the above victim by occupational negligence as above, he did not immediately stop the above victim and did not take measures such as aiding and abetting the victim, and caused the victim to die by means of double elverververization and cutting down around that time.

2. Defendant B is a person engaging in driving a H-learning car.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.055% at the time and place under the preceding paragraph, was driving the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.05%, and was driving in three-lanes of three lanes from the Heungung Riverside as a fish-frame.

At the time, the driver's duty of care was to prevent accidents in advance by carefully examining the front side and the left and right of the driver's person engaged in the driver's duty of care.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to do so and proceeded as it is.
