Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court due to interference with the performance of official duties, and on April 30, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the astronomical Prison.

On June 3, 2016, from around 02:07 to around 02:30 on the same day, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, was drunk at the D District of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station D, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and without any reason, to E, who was in the said district and located in the said district, “I am going back several times in the old day due to interference with official duties.
