Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment in the name of "J" in the name of five officetels in the total of 5 units of the D Building E, F, G, H, and I in the Goyang-dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City. Defendant B is a person working from the above "J" to the head of the office, and Defendant C is a lessee of the above D Building E from October 2017 to February 20, 2018.

1. Defendant A and Defendant B agreed to acquire 60,000 won, 90,000 won, 260,000 won, and 180,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from many and unspecified male customers who found the above D buildings E, F, G, H, and I from around October 2017 to February 20, 2018.

After receiving them, many women including K have arranged sexual traffic by allowing them to engage in sexual intercourses with customers.

2. On December 8, 2017, Defendant C, despite having been aware of the fact that Defendant C had engaged in the business of arranging sexual traffic by asking L to A the sales of the said “J” establishment, Defendant C provided a building with the knowledge that the said establishment was provided for sexual traffic, by cancelling a sub-lease contract or sub-leaseing the said D building E without terminating the sub-lease relationship with A, from December 8, 2017 to February 20, 2018, even though he/she knew that A had been engaged in the business of arranging sexual traffic.
