1. The Defendant’s KRW 13,973,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from March 18, 2014 to September 28, 2017.

. The contract was made;

(hereinafter “instant electrical construction contract”). The main content of the instant electrical construction is ① installation of power distribution teams to supply electricity to each fraternity, ② installation of tent lights and contact lines inside each fraternity, ③ connection of power to each fraternity (convenor, automatic control team), ④ distribution of vessels within each fraternity.

On December 2013, the Defendant completed the instant electrical construction.

B. After that, the Plaintiff requested the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation's Gyeonggi Branch to conduct the electrical safety diagnosis of the instant fraternity. The Korea Electrical Safety Corporation inspected the instant fraternity's smoke, string lines, electric power circuit circuit breaker, open circuit breaker breaker, indoor lines, and contact points, etc., and determined that it is inappropriate to conduct the comprehensive determination in light of the following Opinion: (a) on February 27, 2014, the Plaintiff made a comprehensive determination as follows.

* The present state of failure as a result of the electrical equipment inspection.

2. The parties' assertion

A. From January 13, 2014 to February 12, 2014, the Plaintiff raised 59,000 marries in the instant ship after the instant electrical construction. The Defendant used electric wires that meet the standards for indoor power distribution and electric equipment while performing the instant electrical construction, thereby resulting in an accident where the ventilation panty of the instant ship was suspended.
