The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
Although the Defendant filed an appeal against the judgment of the court below on January 16, 2009, the Defendant, on February 9, 2009, and the Defendant’s state appointed defense counsel, on May 26, 2009, did not submit the grounds for appeal within 20 days from the date on which they received each written notification of the receipt of the notification of the trial records from this court on May 26, 2009 (only the Defendant filed the grounds for appeal on July 2, 2009), and the petition of appeal does not contain any indication of the grounds for appeal, and there is no other reason for ex officio examination on the records. Thus, the Defendant’s appeal is dismissed pursuant to Article 361-4(1) of
