A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

and the facts constituting the cause of the attachment order [criminal facts]

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On April 13, 2015, at around 19:58, around April 13, 2015, the Defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter “Defendant”) against the victim D (hereinafter “victim”) located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the victim entered the building where the entrance door password of the entrance door of the building was accumulated and the entrance door was not closed, and the victim intruded into the building through the entrance door, and the victim went into the elevator and dives of the victim’s two buckbucks that were used in both arms.

The victim entered the entrance door of the above building by using a card key, and intrudes into the building through the entrance door by using the cresh where the entrance door is not closed, and the victim was kept the victim by knifeing the knife back to the knife. The left hand was put into the knife of the victim, and then knife the victim’s buckbuck.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the managed structure and led the victim to indecent act by force.

2. On April 16, 2015, the Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion: (a) around the studio building in which the victim I (n, 28 years of age) located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City H (hereinafter “V”), the victim approaching the victim’s right shoulder by one hand, approaching the victim’s right shoulder to obtain the password of the entrance door in order to enter the building in question; and (b) the other hand was collected into the part of the victim’s buckbucks.
