A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 2012, in order to raise living expenses, such as accommodation expenses, along with friendship C at the end of the day, the Defendant made a false statement to the online game user, who operated the company, selling the said game money, thereby attempting to receive the price from the Defendant as the passbook and obtain it by fraud.

Defendant and C, although the facts do not hold a license and do not have the intent or ability to deliver the license even if they receive the sales proceeds from the victim, C, on January 9, 2013, posted a letter “I sell the items of Nan Game” on the bulletin board by linking the game item item transaction site (www.mmania.com) at the “E” room located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and posting a letter “I sell the items of Nan Game” on the bulletin board. If I deposit KRW 370,00,000 to F. of the victim who reported and contacted the above letter, 91,000,000 Alan game.”

The Defendant received KRW 370,000 from the victim to the Defendant’s Agricultural Cooperative (G) account in the name of the same day sales proceeds, and received KRW 5,560,000 in total from around that time to February 15, 2013 by the same method as shown in attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving victims in collusion with C.

2. On November 2011, 2013, the Defendant, along with C, knew that, in the event that he sells an item with the possession of an item, as if he had an outstanding function as an item, he would normally acquire it from the user’s account selling the item from the UN CFT Co., Ltd. and return it to the user’s account that purchased the item, and that, prior to the recovery of the part acquired by the UN CFT by the said method, the Defendant pretended that he would normally acquire it from other users.
