Criminal facts
1. On June 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) knew of the victim D through the Internet Lanby Game; (b) asked the victim D about whether there was a way to recover money by gambling; and (c) asked the victim D about whether there was a way to recover money by gambling; and (d) made a false statement to the effect that “The victim may bring about high-profit profit equivalent to 200% of the purchase price if he/she purchased the Lanby Game,” and that “When he/she purchased the Lanby Game, he/she would bring about half of the purchase price if he/she purchased it.”
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to make a profit by investing in the business of high-income even though he was able to get the victim from the victim.
As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) obtained 1,08,500 won in the market value of the same day from the victim; (c) from around September 2015, the Defendant, as indicated in the [Attachment Table 1], received 47 times in total from around September 2015, and acquired property benefits in the same amount as the market value of KRW 151,637,410 in the same way.
2. On September 2015, the Defendant committed fraud (D and joint criminal conduct) against the victim F, etc.: “In addition, there should be more KRW 2-300 million capital, and in the absence of such money, all the paid money so far would be a good.
