A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On November 8, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 100,000 won due to the violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act on the ground that he/she was used for committing the act of singing “singing” under the name of his/her own account (foreign exchange bank, agricultural cooperative), two bankbooks, and passwords at the original branch office of the Chuncheon District Court, and that he/she was under the name of 20,000 won by issuing the access to the bank account under the name of 10,000 won, including the name of 20,000 won, and only 1,000,000 won was transferred to 1,000 won, to 2,000 won, under the name of 1,000 won, and only 2,000,000 won, under the name of 2,000 won, under the name of 2,000 won, under the name of 1,000 local public prosecutor’s office.
