A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 8, 2014, at around 22:55, the Defendant: (a) was drunk in front of a cream, which was permanently stationed in B, and was destroyed by a gallon D owner of the victim, who was parked at the edge of the road without any special reason.
2. The Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender with the same content as indicated in paragraph (1) and was transferred to the G District Office of the resident police station located in F at around 23:10 on the same day, and the Defendant expressed the Defendant’s personal information to the above H, “P bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bits,” “n son son son bit son bit son bits,” and again walked the above H at one time, and walked the above H at one time on the ground of the Defendant’s desire to have the Defendant ask about the Defendant’s personal information.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning criminal cases by police officers.
