1. Defendant D’s each of the Plaintiffs’ KRW 72,706,610 and KRW 50,000,000 among them, from October 17, 2015, and the remainder.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Inheritance Relations and the StatusJ of the Parties married with K on March 19, 1944 to L, Defendant D, Plaintiff A, M, Defendant E, Plaintiff E, Plaintiff B, and Plaintiff C as their children.
K died on October 26, 2003, and J died on June 9, 2015. The heir of J is the Plaintiffs, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant L, and M.
Defendant F is the child of Defendant D, and Defendant G is the spouse of Defendant D.
Defendant H is Defendant E’s children.
B. On March 28, 2012, J: (a) on March 28, 2012, donated 33,061/33,891 shares in the real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 (hereinafter “second real estate”) to Defendant F; and (b) on May 29, 2012, the J completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the said shares.
B) On June 19, 2013, J shall provide Defendant H with the real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table (hereinafter “third real estate”).
(C) On March 28, 2012, the J donated 3/5 shares to Defendant D and G, respectively, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the above shares on May 29, 2012.
With respect to the above half portion owned by Defendant D, the registration of the branch court of Daejeon District Court’s Incheon District Court’s astronomical support and the registration of seizure due to default on national taxes was completed on June 19, 2017 by the receipt of No. 59398, and the registration of seizure due to default on national taxes was completed on August 7, 2017 by the receipt of the registration of the same support and the registration of seizure due to default on national taxes was completed on April 16, 2012 (hereinafter “5 real estate”).
(B) On July 19, 2013, J donated the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table (hereinafter referred to as “real estate 1”) to N on July 19, 2013.

The registration of ownership transfer was completed on October 14, 2013.
The price of the first real estate sales contract was KRW 1,027,00,000, and is the date of conclusion of the sales contract.
