A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On July 9, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor under thirteen years of age) at the Jeonju District Court in Gwangju High Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 19, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】
