Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a licensed real estate agent operating the E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, and the defendant B is a brokerage assistant belonging to the above E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office.

Defendant

A was unable to render brokerage services because of the need for long-term hospitalization due to disease such as training of brain sewage, etc., A had the above B render brokerage services to customers using his/her name and the E Licensed Real Estate Agent's name, and conspired with B (A6: B4).

No person shall allow another person to render brokerage services using his/her name or trade name, transfer or lend a registration certificate of a brokerage office to another person, or render brokerage services using another person's name or trade name, or obtain by transfer or lease a registration certificate of a brokerage office from another person.

1. Nevertheless, Defendant A’s violation of the Licensed Real Estate Agent Act, as discussed in the above conspiracy, the Defendant leased the name and the trade name of the E Licensed Real Estate Agent’s Office to B by having B act as a broker under the name of the E Licensed Real Estate Agent’s Office located in Yong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Incheon-gu, Seoul, using his/her name and the trade name of E Licensed Real Estate Agent’s Office, and having B perform the preparation and brokerage of a purchase and sale contract for F Real Estate (site 205 square meters) in Yanan-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, by using his/her name and the E Licensed Real Estate Agent’s Office.

Defendant B’s violation of the Licensed Real Estate Agent Act in collusion with A, as described in paragraph (1), was leased by means of acting as a real estate agent, such as preparing a real estate sales contract, using the name of the real estate agent A and the name of the E Licensed Real Estate Agent’s Office, as indicated in
