A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 1293" Defendant entered the Republic of Korea as a short-term visit visa (tourism C3) on July 24, 201 and did not depart from the Republic of Korea on October 22, 201, and the Defendant and the victim B (n, 39 years of age) are the same workplace rent relationship.

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. On July 15, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as: (a) around 15:00, at the top of the workplace D located in Daegu-gun C; (b) at the top of the workplace D located in Daegu-gun C; (c) while carrying a shoulder name; and (d) approaching the victim who sees the neck; and (c) having the victim take charge of the shoulder, and (d) having the victim’s knife his knife his knife his knife his chest; and (d) having his knife his knife his chest.

Nevertheless, on July 24, 2011, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea as a short-term visit visa (tourism C3) qualification and stayed illegally in the territory of the Daegu-U.S. Military Branch by the time of arrest until April 3, 2018 without obtaining permission for extension of the period of stay even after the expiration of the period of stay on October 22, 201.

The Defendant, “2018 Highest 2829”, was charged with non-detained and under trial due to the suspicion of indecent act by force against B between the same workplace with B and the same workplace with B.
