1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 37,823,340 and the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from October 3, 2015 to March 11, 2016.

The Plaintiff is liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at each rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 3, 2015 to October 2, 2015, because there is no dispute between the parties concerned or comprehensively taking into account the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement in the statement in subparagraphs 1 through 3 above: (a) the Plaintiff sold frozen fishery products to the Defendant during the period from March 27, 2013 to October 2, 2015; and (b) the amount of KRW 37,823,340, and the amount of the above goods to the Plaintiff at KRW 37,823,340, the date following the end of the transaction; and (c) the date on which the duplicate of the complaint was delivered from October 3, 2015 to March 11, 2016; and (d)

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
