Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2010, the Defendant: (a) committed theft of the victim’s resident registration certificate that was used without permission; and (b) on July 1, 2010, the victim laid off his/her resident registration certificate between the victim and the victim’s seated and cut off his/her seat to the room; and (c) stolen the victim’s resident registration certificate.

2. Forgery of private documents;

A. On August 17, 2010, the Defendant entered “B” in the column for the mobile phone subscription of the victim B, “F” in the resident registration number column, entered “F” in the address column, entered “G” in the contact column, entered “B” in the applicant/subscriber column, entered “B” in the buyer column, and forged one application form for the mobile phone subscription in the buyer’s name, entered “B” in the buyer column.

B. On November 16, 2010, the Defendant entered “B” in the subscriber column of the Internet service application form the victim B, entered “F” in the resident registration number column and forged one copy of the Internet service application form in the name of “B” in the applicant column.

3. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. The defendant 2-A

In order to open a forged mobile phone on the same date and at the same place as the paragraph, the mobile phone application was provided to an employee of the above mobile phone agency who is aware of the fact as he/she was actually prepared.

B. The defendant 2-B

In order to establish the “B” Internet service application on the same date and at the same place as the paragraph, the Internet service application was provided to an online installation engineer who is aware of such fact as if it was actually prepared.
