Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 25, 2012, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim’s refusal, and returned the police officer called the victim’s call at the front of the cooling house for the storage of alcoholic beverages; (b) on August 25, 2012, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s “D key point” in the operation of the victim C (Y 50 years of age); (c) on the part of the Defendant under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant filed a request for a change from the indoor packing car; and (d) on the other hand, the Defendant reported the refusal and returned the police officer called the victim; (c) on the ground that the victim was not a police officer, the Defendant destroyed the Defendant’s drinking glass of the cooling house for the storage of alcoholic beverages by destroying the Defendant’s drinking

2. 업무방해 피고인은 2012. 9. 2. 17:00경 위 실내포장마차에 술에 취에 찾아가 혼자 술을 마시던 중, 피해자가 피고인에게 약속한 대로 술을 그만 먹고 나가달라고 요청하였다는 이유로 화가 나, 같은 날 20:00경부터 같은 날 22:15경까지 맥주잔을 테이블 위에 내리쳐 깨뜨리고 피해자에게 욕을 하면서 “영업을 방해하겠다. 후배들을 시켜 가게를 부숴버리겠다.”, “장사 그만 하고 싶으냐”라고 큰소리를 지르고 소란을 피워 위 음식점에서 들어와 있던 손님들을 나가게 하는 등 위력으로써 피해자의 음식점 영업 업무를 방해하였다.
