1. On January 14, 2015, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for the violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Daegu District Court.

1. The Defendant has been in violation of the provisions of the Road Traffic Act prohibiting driving under the influence of alcohol once or more as above.

On July 6, 2019, at around 22:43, the Defendant driven an ISM3 car in the state of alcohol with approximately 2 km alcohol concentration of about 0.153% in the section of about 2km from the front of the F apartment in Yongcheon-si to the front of the H located in G in the same city.

B. On July 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20:45 on July 12, 2019, 0.0% of the blood alcohol concentration at approximately KRW 0.213% from the section of approximately 1km from the front of a cafeteria located in Yongcheon-si, Seocheon-si to the front of K in the same cityJ.
