1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

B. The Defendants jointly do so on July 12, 2016.

1. A building indicated in the attached list indicating the claim is a building owned by the Plaintiff, who acquired ownership by selling it in the auction procedure of D's real estate deposit in the Jung-gu District Court on July 12, 2016. Since the Defendants asserted a lien that does not exist and jointly occupy it without permission, the Plaintiff’s claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent from the date of delivery to the date of completion of delivery.
